1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 98ab platform and all its associated services. Here, "platform" refers to the 98ab website, mobile version, and all gaming and betting services provided through it.

By registering on or using our platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to fully comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

3 Account Verification

98ab follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process. We may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal request or at any time.

One or more of the following documents may need to be submitted for verification:

• A clear copy of a National ID (NID) or passport
• A recent bank statement or utility bill (for proof of address)
• Proof of ownership of a mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay)
• Additional identity documents that we consider necessary

98ab reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until verification is complete. If adequate documents are not submitted or evidence of fraudulent activity is found, the account may be cancelled.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.
• Deposited funds must come only from the registered account holder's own payment method.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and such transactions may be automatically cancelled.
• The maximum deposit limit will be determined in accordance with the platform's current policy.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed after account verification is complete.
• Withdrawal funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

98ab offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions which must be read before acceptance.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A 20x wagering requirement must be met to claim this bonus.

• The bonus applies only once to a single eligible account.
• The wagering requirement is: (deposit + bonus) × 20.
• No withdrawal may be made before the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• A maximum bet limit per game may apply when using bonus funds.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• No more than one bonus may be active at a time, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Transferring a bonus to another user is strictly prohibited.
• If an attempt is made to claim a bonus by fraudulent means, the bonus will be cancelled and the account suspended.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.
• 98ab reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.

5.3 VIP Program

98ab has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback reaches up to 0.2% at the Bronze tier, 0.3% at Silver, 0.5% at Gold, 0.6% at Platinum, and 0.8% at Diamond. Advancement to a higher tier depends on active participation on the platform and gaming history.

6 Gaming Policy and Fair Play

98ab is committed to ensuring fairness and transparency in all games. Our games are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures complete randomness of results.

6.1 Gaming Code of Conduct

• Players must play games honestly and ethically.
• Using any software, bots, or automated systems to play games is strictly prohibited.
• Misconduct or harassment toward other players is not permitted.
• If a technical error or abnormal result appears in any game, it must be reported to support immediately.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game or session is interrupted due to a technical error, 98ab reserves the right to void the result of that game. In such cases, the wagered amount will be returned to the user's account. 98ab is not obligated to award winnings of an amount that could not reasonably have been won due to technical reasons.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited at 98ab and may result in immediate account cancellation and confiscation of funds:

• Bonus fraud or misuse of bonus terms and conditions.
• Any form of technical manipulation, hacking, or cheating in games.

• Employing coordinated fraudulent strategies against other players.
• Assisting anyone under the age of 21 to access or use the platform.
• Intentionally exploiting any vulnerability or bug in our system.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

98ab reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these terms.
• Providing false information during the verification process.
• Suspicious or unusual transaction activity.
• Self-exclusion activated at the user's own request.
• Activating a cooling-off period in accordance with responsible gaming policy.

8.1 Account Closure by User

You may request account closure at any time through our live chat support. If all pending bonus wagering requirements have not been met before the account is closed, the bonus will be considered forfeited. If a balance remains, the withdrawal process must be completed.

9 Limitation of Liability

98ab is not liable for the following:

• Losses caused by the user's internet connection being disrupted.
• Technical errors by third-party game providers.
• Losses resulting from the user's negligence in account security.
• Betting or gaming losses resulting from the user's own decisions.
• Psychological or financial harm caused by gambling.
